Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Does my story vault persist between sessions? +
Yes. Your vault is tied to your account and persists permanently. Every character, location, and plot thread you build up stays with you across every session and device.
Do I need to install anything for Word or Docs? +
For Microsoft Word, you install the Sentinel Lore add-in from the Office Add-in store. For Google Docs, you install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Both are one-click installs and free with a Pro or Studio plan.
Is my writing private and secure? +
Absolutely. Your writing is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never use your writing to train AI models. Your stories are yours.
What genres does Sentinel Lore support? +

Sentinel Lore was created by Swetha Rozario — an avid reader, writer, and poet who knows firsthand how difficult it can be to sustain a story over a long period of time.

The idea was simple: writers shouldn't have to carry the entire weight of their story in their head. Characters, locations, plot threads, timelines — it's an enormous amount to track, and even the most dedicated authors lose threads along the way.

Sentinel Lore was built to solve that problem. A companion that sits beside your writing, keeping track of everything, and making sure nothing is ever forgotten — so you can focus entirely on what matters most: telling your story.

She built Sentinel Lore after experiencing firsthand the frustration of writing over an extended period of time — only to lose track of characters, details, and plot threads she had carefully crafted along the way. Driven by a passion for the written word and a desire to support fellow creatives, she created Sentinel Lore to make the writing process smoother and more intuitive for every aspiring author — so they can spend less time looking back, and more time moving the story forward.

In the Office Add-ins store, search "Sentinel Lore" and click Add. The add-in installs instantly — no download required.

Sign in and start writing
The Sentinel Lore sidebar will appear. Sign in with your account and start writing. Hit Analyze any time to run a full story check.

Open Google Docs
Open any document in Google Docs. Click Extensions in the top menu, then click Add-ons → Get add-ons.

In the Google Workspace Marketplace, search "Sentinel Lore" and click Install. Grant the permissions it needs to read your document.

Open the sidebar and start writing
Go to Extensions → Sentinel Lore → Open Sidebar. Sign in and your vault is ready. Press Analyze any time to run a full check.
